Home Security System Service
It went terribly -- they were unresponsive and continued to charge my credit card for the full amount even though I wasn't using their services -- they did not give me the proper information when I initially called them and told them that the devices were removed from the kitchen door and the window -- they didn't tell me that I could suspend my service and they didn't tell me that they did not have to charge me the full amount each month. And, when the suspension was finally on, they continued to charge me the full amount. They should have told me months ago that I could suspend my service. They withheld information so that they could charge me money.
