The Good Part; price is VERY affordable, running $20 per hour with good bids for long and large scale work that takes several days. Quality is VERY good to excellent with rapid completion of work. Skinner does not tarry to prolong the work period for the hourly price. He does it quickly to go to the next part and is very flexible in negotiating a fair price for large scale work that will require an assistant. The Bad Part; With a working spouse, he will be consistently late as a result of setting up his kids with child care. Like many younger men, the previous late night party will get him out of bed later in the morning. Expect the work day to start at 9:30 or 10:00 AM. But once he starts, that issue becomes moot in light of rapid efficiency, quality of work, price, and is still well worth it. Excluding the late stats and arrivals that typified every work session, he would rate an A to A+
