Have hired this company several times before with positive results. This time, unfortunately, I received nothing but excuse after excuse for weeks as to why Home Detailing Experts had not completed my project by the agreed-upon date. Finally, the owner and company completely ghosted on me and my advance payment after I had tried my best to be patient and empathetic to their myriad questionable excuses. Disgraceful behavior, and I will never again hire or recommend this company.

Home Detailing Experts, LLC handled our project flawlessly from start to finish. James Rasmussen and his assistants arrived promptly on very short notice from us (and on a holiday weekend), determined the scope of work and gave us a very reasonable, competitive estimate. Then, they quickly but thoroughly completed each phase of the project, sending pictures and notes of their progress. Because all the public landfills were closed for the holiday, the company even arranged to store yard waste temporarily off-site on their property. The end result was an amazing transformation of the grounds, and we have asked them to return on a regular basis. Based on our experience, we would never hire another company of this type. Home Detailing Experts, LLC truly is the best of the best.
