Window Treatment Service, Window Service
This was an example of extremely poor customer service and an appearance of inept business practice. I would not give them the chance to waste more of my time after showing a complete disregard for my time and expense.

Window Treatment Service
The order was scheduled for delivery 4-6 weeks after we placed the order. The order came in in 4 weeks. The dealer called for an install time, and that occurred within 2 days. The installer was very professional. There was no clean up on my part. The shutters were installed within 1 hour. The installer went through education on operation and cleaning of the shutters. The shutters are beautiful. I can't believe how they have glamorized my living and dining rooms. After we save up some more money, we will have our family room and kitchen done next. Our plan is to do the whole house.

Handyman Service
Very good, our water supply has remained constant. The motor home has been able to sustain sub zero temperatures in Minnesota. During our winter stay in a part of the united states that we normally cannot live in.

General Remodeling
At this particular Home Depot I have been disappointed as I have gone in to pick up and or ask questions during this project. Since I work during the day, it would not be unusual at all for me to find myself in home depot during the evening hours. More often than not I would ask for help when and if I could find someone and they would go to find whoever was suppose to be working in that area. I was just there on 11/17 needing help in the trim department after an hour of waiting for help, I left to check out with the other items. I ran into the person who was suppose to be looking for someone to help me in that department and at that time this employee asked if I ever received helped. I responded no, the reply was I needed to go online and let Home Depot know. Unfortunately this is not an unusual experience for me at Home Depot. Thank goodness for Lowe's and other outlets I have in the area.

Flooring
I was very impressed with Home Depot's customer service. They had run an incorrect price in a store add that was actually a dollar less than the sale was intended to run for, however they honored the lower price for anyone who brought the add in. This was a bold move by the company, one that gained my respect.
