I called to make an appointment to come out - he wanted to know what the problem was, he said that could be done in my home or I could take it to him and he would fix it. I prefer to have it done at home but he said there would be a trip charge. So - we agreed. He came out on time and took maybe 1/2 hour. Service was great and price reasonable. I will definitely have hom out again!
