Ho's Beautiful Garden

The mowed the lawn thru-out the summer. Service ended towards the end of summer without notice. They didn't try to sell me on any additinal services, which was ok. But I'm a new homeowner and could use some guidance. I'm not sure that I'll use them again this summer.

It is really nice, many compliments from neighbors and people walking by.   Next year if possible I will have him do the back yard. 

He is very good. During the quoting process, he seemed reasonable, and he had good ratings. We decided to go with him, and I have been pleased.

They were very easy to work with. Mr. Ho showed up on time to give us an estimate and we agreed on the work to be done and the price. He came back in two days with two workers and they worked non stop. They are very professional and we were very happy with the work. They cleaned up the work area and were done on time.

Ho was great! He was prompt and did everything as expected. I hope I don't have to use his 1 year guarantee after the first big rain storm next spring!

They were not good. They did not do the right job and did not seem to understand what I was saying. I ended up redoing it myself. They did the work and then it snowed and there was rain after that. I had to wait until it dried up. It was a tremendous amount of work on my part. I don?t know what they did. They were very expensive.

After calling Mr. Ho he called back within a few hours and came over late that night to do an estimate which was based on visual versus actual measurement. Given a short time frame of 21 days to cure problem by city code enforcement. Mr. Ho was able to complete work within 10 days. Given 2 references which both called back and gave excellent reports. Soil was prepared one day and rototill again before new sod installed. Another crew of 3 people was sent out to lay new sod which took a few hours. Team leader helped cut back some bushes to accommodate laying new sod. Crew watered grass and cleaned up all materials. Mr. Ho came back to check yard and for payment.

They did a great job with the one-time big job. However, communication was difficult and we were less than pleased with their monthly maintenance. Weeds went untouched and they didn't come reliably every two weeks as they were supposed to.

He is honest and easy to work with. He really knows his stuff. The overall experience was wonderful and I am going to have him come back to do some more work later. I would recommend him to others.
