On 02/18/2008 Art performed a complete home inspection for $100.00 in Englewood for a house I am helping My Mother of 69yrs old purchase. I could not be present at this time as I was in AZ tending other family matters. Art arrived early to meet my Mother and Realtor providing us a binder that had a list of everything and anything a property has to offer. Art was very professional, detailed and thorough PATIENTLY explaining everything to my Mother in laymen terms with everything he was inspecting and things he felt needed attention or repair. During the inspection Art logged everything into our binder in detail in a way we all could truly understand. At no fault of his own Art returned a second time to inspect the furnace/AC/water heater that could not be accessed upon initial inspection for only $35.00! Using this contractor for the first time, then relieved that all went well I feel very fortunate he was referred to me. "Thanks Art for treating my Mother like your own"
