Andy and his team were a pleasure to work with in all ways! Andy is very personable, responsive, and reliable and was willing to work with me on my front yard project to minimize cost. He went out of his way on more than one occasion to help me out with various parts of the project I couldn’t do on my own. That was three years ago and we are still in touch! Andy was great to work with on this project. We were selling our home and in a bit of a time crunch to redo the drainage prior to close the sale and he was able to get over and do the project quickly and with care. He is clearly passionate about his work and doing a great job and it shows. We also had him help with planting some trees at our new house and plan on using him for any other concrete work and some other landscaping work in the future.

Disaster. On the day of pouring he showed up with his crew at 530am and started banging on things without even warning me, which angered my neighbor, who told me Denver's regulations are actually 7am onward and threatened to call the police next time they did that. He then didn't manage any of the crew's job and royally screwed up the concrete job in my backyard - work was complete garbage, joint lines were curved/not straight, and not even parallel/evenly spaced. Broom finish is uneven and not straight. I have a step that's 11.5 inches deep on one side and 12.25 inches on the other. There are areas where it's totally not level, and there's even a massive belly on a "wall" part. I explicitly told him to wait for me to get back from a vacation to work on fixing things and he just did his own thing without waiting and when I got upset at everything he then didn't have the capacity to deal with it and told me he would "fix the mistakes" but not finish the job. I told him that if he wanted to move forward with anything I wanted to manage everything, he said he didn't want to be micromanaged. Because that worked out so well. I told him I didn't want him to touch anything anymore and to just leave. My neighbor who is in the construction space introduced me to one of his trusted guys, and when they came to take a look at it and they told me I have to demolish everything and start again, because there were too many errors, and all the "fixes" Andy promised would be fine would actually make it worse, and weren't real fixes. Concrete is something that's meant to be done right the first time. The contract actually says he'll warranty his work for 1 year. It's barely lasting a month. I feel so incredibly taken advantage of. The only decent thing he did was return the last $1000 I had given him but it didn't make up for losing the almost $7k for the garbage job and having to rip it out again.

It went much better than I could have expected. Very professional and attentive to our issue. I highly recommend and will request their services in the future.

Andy Garcia did a very good job and so are his helpers. They were very congenial and they didn't ask for anything. When I paid him, he was very thankful.
