I have had the worst experience with this office and Owner Greg Piele. The man is direct, arrogant, obnoxious and insulting to me. First month of our listing I had an admin./sec. as my contact. Agents were unavail and No showings. Brochures are white paper with colored pictures on the front, no price and a blank back side few details of the house. I have received no info on the local housing market or my competition. They promised 14 advertising signage but only 1 is up at my house. Open Houses- 2 so far have brought 6 people total because they only count on walk-ins. Showings some, none Assist2sell clients. None or little feedback on showings. When I complain about their services and state what services I got with another Realtor, Greg has called me a liar and said I am crazy. We signed a 6 month agreement now two months into it and he will not release us unless we pay him $ back he spent for the MLS and Virtual Tour. I wished I never got involved with this Realtor.
