Brian was absolutely wonderful!  He arrived in less than an hour.  Extremely pleasant, very informative and geniuely cared about the well being of our whole house system.  I would highly recommend Grand Home Services to anyone that's looking for quality, honest service. 

The wonderful repairman, Brian, showed up within hrs. to my house in the middle of winter to service my furnace. When calling other repair services in the peak of the season, they couldn't schedule us till days out. That's days without a furnace in the middle of winter! It turned out that the furnace just needed a cleaning, and Brian took care of it- honestly! When my Mothers AC unit went out, I called other services and the soonest we could get a repair person was a week out - that's a week without AC in the HOT summerI I couldn't remember if Grand Home Services did AC, but I called them to see. Sure enough, they did, AND Brian was out that day! My Mothers repair was a little more complicated as her unit might have a leak. We took a chance and just had the unit re-charged, although Brian gave us the option of running tests. A week later AC was not cooling again, so we went for the test. Luckily the leak was above the deck and not in the pipe running under deck that a hole would have to be cut to locate. Brian fixed it and did not charge us for another another "fill-up" even though it was our decision to not run the leak test the first time. I can't say enough good about this company. In addition to being prompt, courteous, and knowledgable, Brian was also very conscientious and clean -mega bonus in my book! As it took me a while to write this reveiw, I can't remember what the costs were. All I can remember is that it was very reasonable, and for this kind of awesome service I'd be willing to pay twice that!

It turned out perfect. The guy that installed it was a very nice man. He kept everything nice and clean. I had 2 follow ups from the office ensuring my satisfaction. I thought they were top notch.

Hire Grand Home Services - they were great! My landscape company installed a new patio for a customer and had to raise the height of the A/C unit. After that, one of my employees noticed that a line was leaking. We called Grand Home Services and scheduled a time for them to come and give us an estimate. They showed up when they said they were going to and were very knowledgeable in their field. They were also very professional from start to finish, even down to putting on the shoe covers to not track any dirt into my customer's house. He had found that the problem was not due to moving the A/C unit, just installed wrong by the builder. We hired Grand Home Services to repair the line and fill the Freon, which had leaked out, because we stand behind our work also. They were reasonable in cost and explained exactly what we were paying for. We are always looking for companies who we can trust and they came through for us. We will definitely hire  them again!

Brian was great.  He answered any and every question I had.  The furnace was exceptionally dirty, but he really worked on it and we so appreciate it.  We feel a lot of relief knowing that these two major appliances are operating well.  He was also considerate of our house and arrived very promptly.  The company gave us a call when he was just ten minutes out.  He would give me updates on work he was doing, and at the end of the service call he went over everything in detail with me until I felt comfortable and understood the pertinent information.

Thank you for making us feel safe and warm in our home. We appreciate their warranty and decided to go with their yearly service agreement because they will do a tune up and air conditioner to make sure it lasts!
