We got new window coverings for our rental property through Gotcha Covered, and the process was seamless, start to finish. From the initial measure to installation, everything was done as the owner, Louise, said. The price was very fair, especially considering the quality of the product and workmanship. she kept very good and timely communication with us throughout the job. We have other rentals as well, and when the time comes, we probably won't need to get other bids. We got several bids on this job, and she proved herself to be the best in every way. We highly recommend Louise and Gotcha Covered of Englewood!

Louise was wonderful to work with. She helped us pick a product that complimented our decor. Installation went smoothly, except part of the shipment was damaged in transit. Louise handled the replacement and ensured everything was correct. Great person to deal with.

She is great and installation company she uses is great to Grand Opening Emanuel was awesome installer for the shades. Thanks Louise I love my new shades.
