Gorman's Sprinkler Too

Very well. He and his son were careful to assess the main sprinkler issue, identify the problem, fix it, and then adjust other sprinkler nozzles as needed.

IT WENT WELL. MIKE SHOWED UP BEFORE TIME TO START WORK AND WAS READY TO GET STARTED. HE COULDN'T HAVE BEEN NIECER. HE ADJUSTED, REPAIRED AND ADDED A NEW SPRINKLER HEAD TO MY SYSTEM, TO MAKE SURE ALL AREAS OF MY LAWN IS COVERED. HE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM. HE ALSO GAVE ME VALUABLE INFORMATION ON THINGS I CAN DO TO MAKE MY LAWN BETTER.

Very well, as always. I've used Michael's services for years and he always does a superb job of diagnosing sprinkler problems and fixing whatever is needed, including digging up and repairing broken lines when necessary. He's very good at remembering what he's done for my yard's sprinkler system in the past - and thus at figuring out what's going on if there's a new problem.

Never received a phone call from Gorman's Sprinker Too, requested refund.

It went well. Michael was punctual, friendly and so very professional. He deserves an A+.

It went great my technician was friendly professional and took care of everything.

Micheal had his assistant with him. He was very knowledgeable and had no problem figuring out what was wrong with our sprinkler system. It was great that he had his helper with him. He was able to get the job done fast with the help of his assistant. They had to do a lot of digging to get to the valves that needed replacing. The work was done in a professional manner and the spot where they dug looked just fine after they were finished.

Excellent. Daniel (Michael's son) was easy to work with and we ended up re-aiming the one sprinkler head and replacing three others (including one where he was able to use my spare and didn't need to buy one). Daniel demonstrated that it is easier/faster/cheaper to replace a sprinkler head than to repair it. Amazingly, this was all done in less than an hour.

Michael was awesome! He diagnosed the problem and had all the parts with him. He was able to tune up the entire system for maximum efficiency. As a first time homeowner, he was very patient with my questions and needs. Do yourself a favor and use Gorman's Sprinkler Too in the future, it will save you time and money from having the other guy screw up your system and cost you an extra $300. Thanks Michael, talk to you in September for winter is coming!

I called Michael to fix a leak in my sprinkler and he went above and beyond to make sure my system was working properly. He identified 2 more leaks I didn't even know about and even connected a zone that hadn't been working. I'm so pleased with the service and would use Gorman Sprinklers again without a doubt. He was very responsive and professional. Highly recommended.

We used Michael's services last year and called him again to start our system up again this spring. We made an appointment and Michael and Daniel (son) arrived as scheduled. They started the system up and checked it over for proper functioning. They adjusted a couple of sprinkler heads and Michael programmed the control box for the proper days and time for watering. They are both such pleasant guys that really know their stuff. I'm happy to see them every spring and fall.

Great service!  Did just what was needed to repair the problems, spent a fair amount of time explaining to me how to make sure the pipes were drained properly at the house, etc.  Very personable, and professional.

Update:  Mr. Gorman called me Wednesday AM and apologized for missing Monday's appointment. We rescheduled for this afternoon. This time he came at the scheduled time and completed the work as required. He had plenty of knowledge about my sprinkler system and had some good advice. After meeting Mr. Gorman, I would hire him again with the insight that he might be late or not show up.

I called on a Thursday and Mr. Gorman got right back to me. He said he was busy at the moment and that he would call me back that evening. He forgot and I called him again on Friday morning. We made an appointment for the following Monday at 3 PM to blowout my sprinkler system. On Monday, Mr. Gorman never showed. At 4 PM I called him and left a message. On Tuesday afternoon and called him and again left a message. I have not heard from him nor has the work been completed or paid for. I would not recommend Gorman's Sprinkler Too service.

Mr. Gorman and his son arrived within the scheduled time. After we explained the problem, they found the issue right away, exchanged two sprinkler valves with commercial grade new ones and even set our sprinkler control box. We were very happy with their expedient and knowledgeable service and especially they're reasonable pricing. The other thing we appreciated, they did not try to sell us on other products and services as a lot of other companies are prone to.

The service was excellent - he didn't mind that I looked over his shoulder because I wanted to understand what he was doing; he was very patient when I asked a lot of questions; he was efficient and very honest.  I would highly recommend Gorman's.

Michael was very personable and taught me what should be happening and allowed me to see why it was not working as it should.  He quoted me a price as between this but not over that and I feel he came in at a fair price.  I will use him again.

I bought a big deal and Gorman and his son adequately repaired/tuned up my sprinkler system and then installed a drip system in my flower bed. It cost me $350 extra than the cost of the big deal, so I was kind of blown away by the cost. It was worth it, they did a good job and are very knowledgeable though. very old school but professional.

Checked out system. diagnosed and repaired problems. Showed homeowner cause of problems and discussed repairs before taking actions. No surprises.
