When Terry arrived he explained what he was going to be doing every step of the way. Terry was extremely thorough, explaining the process to me. I tend to ask lots of questions and he answered them all in a very friendly and professional manner. He took apart and inspected each component to make sure everything was working properly. He cleaned as he went while putting the unit back together. I feel extremely confident that our heater works at its highest effiency and works properly which gives me peace of mind. Terry's work is outstanding and I would recommend him to anyone who is serious about getting the highest quality HVAC job done at a fair price.

Terry came out date and time promised. Performed duties as promised. Very meticulous, well priced, thorough and professional. Would absolutely (and already have passed his info on twice in the last 3 days) recommend Terry to anyone needing HVAC services.
