Front Range Painting and Drywall

From quote to completion of work, the job went great. Mike's team was extremely courteous, professional and timely throughout the execution of the project. In fact the initial quote was for 4 days but they completed it in 3 and on budget. The work involved the removal of 30 year old wall paper, scrape, resurface walls/ceilings and paint. The rooms really look fantastic. We are planning another similar project for the master bedroom and living room, I will definitely have them execute that project as well. Mike, also gave us some great ideas for how to finish dark wood staircase to give it a more up to date look and so will look for his company to take on that project as well. Highly recommend them for any drywall/painting projects.

Mike and crew were great to work with. They were professional, friendly, on time, worked hard and paid great attention to detail. Watching the room come together as they did the drywall, painting, door and baseboard installation was a lot of fun for us and it is clear that they are passionate about a job well done. There was great communication if and when questions came up, both for us and them. The fine touch around some custom paneling, window sills, new hand rails and making the soffits blend in with the rest of the walls was much appreciated. We were pleased with the work and I would 100% recommend.

Mike and his crew were absolutely amazing. I hired them to build a new closet in the master bedroom, add a door and frame to the washer/dryer, fix a massive hole in the entry way door, and do several other repairs in the condo. Every single one of his colleagues was professional, clean/organized, and very friendly. The scope of work would have easily taken other companies at least three weeks to complete, but Mike and has team had everything done in six business days! You can tell that Mike provides himself on the quality of his work and that definitely shows. I'd absolutely hire him again and will definitely be recommending him to my friends.

Mike and his crew did an incredible job - Simply the Best! Mike was punctual and cleaned up every day. They finished the job on time, as promised. They did everything possible to be sure everything was done exactly the way we wanted it. His crew was wonderful. They were efficient, friendly and professional. And, his prices are reasonable. Mike is a very pleasant and congenial guy to have working in your house. He did a great job and his prices were very reasonable. I really appreciated the fact that he used a lot of drop cloths, tape and plastic sheeting to keep adjacent areas clean. He even vacuumed thoroughly when he was finished. I didn't realize how involved drywall repair was. But Mike is a hard working guy and got the job done. And very polite too. I wouldn't hesitate to have him come back again.

Very well, they were on time every day, worked straight through, with a lunch break, but didn't stand around doing nothing, always working diligently. Mike is very nice and easy to work with. He will walk the property with you to tie up loose ends before finishing the job.

I really love the work, very professional, dedicated, attention to detail above all customer satisfaction. I work with lot of contractors in my line of business and Mike definitely stands out. It doesn't matter how many tries it takes, he will do it until it's perfect and the customer is satisfied. You definitely don't get people like him in this day and age. Just a sample of his work ethic, at the end of each day he cleans his brush, he used my laundry sink and he makes sure no other sink in the house is used for cleaning brush by any of his crew. At the end of the job he made sure that the sink is left better than the original condition by cleaning the sink. You don't see this discipline in many even good contractor. His price is competitive and sure you can find cheaper price but you won't get the same quality work. I really loved working with Mike and his team for last 3 weeks. And would hire or recommend to anyone without any hesitation.

Mike Smith of Front Range did an amazing job fixing the place up so it would be livable again. I couldn't even recognize the place. All the walls that had been destroyed looked brand new, the new doors made were installed perfectly and made the place beautiful. My favorite part was the kitchen, we got new cupboards installed and the walls fixed, it was done beautifully. He also installed new windows into the complex that looked great. We also mentioned how we wanted to extend our fence like the other neighbors had and he was happy to work out a plan with us for that to make the patio look new. We had to have the upstairs bathroom redone with a new toilet and vanity which his crew installed making the bathroom look like a completely different bathroom. I'd highly recommend if you want a trust worthy company that will do the job right the first time!
