Fresh Home Cleaning Service

I was able to get a quote from Gloria for the move-in clean and carpet clean which seemed reasonable. I responded to her the same day to let her know I'd like to schedule services, but  she never responded to my email. I sent a follow up note the next day with no response and tried her by phone after the Thanksgiving holiday. I was never able to get a response after a week. If the dates of requested for service were unavailable, that's okay just let me know so I can make other arrangements. It's a shame, as previously mentioned the house seemed well maintained by her service.

It was a very disappointing experience.  Kelly and Alisha arrived in a timely way and that was the end of my satisfaction.  They moved through the house too quickly.  They advertised it as a deep cleaning and that is what I needed.   At the end when Kelly offered a walk through.  I went immediately to the Master Bath.  The room was not clean.  I ask specifically about the toilet and Kelly agreed it needed to be cleaned.  And she did clean the toilet.  And then on the tile by the shower, I looked at the floor and ask if this had been cleaned.  she assured me it had been cleaned by hand, I ran my sponge across it and it was dirty.  this went on throughout the room.  I then went to the laundry room and did a similar  situation as in the bathroom.  Kelly cleaned these pieces as we went along and I was getting more disturbed by this process as we went along.  Kelly was blaming the other girl that was with her "young and new"...they then left.  I went throughout the house and so much dust in places that would be very evident to clean.
Overall it was an upsetting experience and I would never consider using this company again.  I have a phone call from them and intend to give them clarity of how this went.  I would Not recommend this company to anyone.
