Awesome!  

Trevor accomplished the scope of work in an excellent manner.  However, he went beyond our expectations in several areas:  

1.       Trevor managed the entire project without supervision.   We live in Colorado Springs, and met him as he started the pressure wash.  We then reviewed the completed work a few days later.

2.       Although this was a small project ($630.00), Trevor did a thorough and excellent job ? enough to impresses us to subsequently re-hire him to perform repairs on, and paint an exterior patio porch ($445.30).  Later we hired Trevor again to paint the white picket fence ($463.50) a few days before the closing on the sale of my father?s house.

3.       I do want to specifically point out several things that impressed me about Trevor in this second and third engagements:

a.       The "patio repair and paint" job involved project and structural evaluation, as well as presenting the pros and cons of several potential solutions to us.  He was prompt, dependable, accurate, and an excellent communicator.  He handled the solution that we chose in an excellent manner, indicating his professional competence with construction and repair as well as exterior painting.

b.      The third engagement was particularly impressive as Trevor fit us into his busy schedule at the last minute when the buyer?s FHA loan required the fence to be painted.  A cell phone call, and Trevor?s help was all I needed to deal with the last minute FHA demand.  He was trustworthy, excellent, honest and dependable (as usual).

Trevor did an excellent job (all three times), showed initiative, worked quickly and professionally on his own, and deserves your business.  His hard work directly contributed to the fact that my father?s house ended up selling in only 6 hours (yes ? hours) for $15K more that I would have thought.  He has my highest recommendation!
