The techs arrived on time and did a great job cleaning the carpet.  They removed the stains and the carpet looks great.   The best part was that the house didn't smell like carpet cleaner afterward!  I have allergies and strong smells really bother me so this was a huge plus!  I will hire them again.

Cleaning was very thoroughly completed.  It was our first cleaning of 1 1/2 year old carpet after a kitchen remodel.  No major stains, but plenty of dust and we wanted a process that would leave our carpet looking and feeling new.  Totally satisfied with the cleaning, softness and color retention.  Very happy with the office staff and scheduling.  Best of all was the technician, who handled the job start to finish - measuring, calculating the bid and doing all the cleaning himself.  Treated our furniture and possessions as if  they were his own. The bid was the highest bid we received and we are glad we took it.

I have used Fine Carpet & Fabric Care to clean the carpet every year since purchasing it in 2005.  This year I decided to use Angie's List to compare prices quoted over the phone by other carpet cleaning companies with the price from Fine Carpet & Fabric Care even though selecting a different company than Fine Carpet & Fabric Care would have invalidated the installation guarantee from the carpet sales company, which specified Fine Carpet & Fabric Care as the only firm permitted to perform the cleaning.  I selected the three highest rated companies in Angie's List for comparison and found that the quoted price from one company was higher (about $200 more) and nearly identical ($4.00 and $28 less) for the other two companies to Fine Carpet & Fabric Care's price for the same service.  I therefore decided to use Fine Carpet & Fabric Care again this year in order to maintain the installation guarantee.  It should be noted that, although the installation guarantee would have been invalidated if I had used a different company, the manufacturer's warranty would not have been invalidated.

Each year, including their service for me this year, Fine Carpet & Fabric Care does a thorough job of cleaning the carpet including treating soiled and high traffic areas before cleaning the carpet and applying Scotchgard protector afterward.  One person performed the cleaning and required about 4-5 hours, as usual, to complete the task.  I moved the furniture out of the rooms to be cleaned prior to the arrival of the cleaning person and moved it back the next day.  This year, as in previous years, I have been completely satisfied with the quality of Fine Carpet & Fabric Care's work.

Everything went fine. I have used them for a number of years and they are very good. I would use this company again.

The carpet looks fantastic, Allen really spent some time working on it, more than I would have anticipated. I was amazed at what steam cleaning can do for slate and grout. We are having the floors re-sealed by another company, but next time I will definitely consider FCFC for roughly the same price.

They sent someone named Matt. He was very knowledgeable (if a bit too talkative). He cleaned, scotch guarded and talked to me about pet odor control. I was very pleased with his work.
