Fine Carpet & Fabric Care
About us
Fine Carpet and Fabric Care has built a reputation of "Excellent Quality, Outstanding Customer Service" since 1993. We specialize in providing professional on location carpet and upholstery cleaning. Our technicians are certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) and we continuously update their technical education. We use only Hot Water Extraction, the method recommended by Shaw, Mohawk and other manufacturers. It is the only method that cleans deep into the fibers. At 200 degrees, it sanitizes and restores the memory of the fibers. By using "steam" we also use less water, so the drying time is reduced. Additional DBAs - Fine Upholstery Care, Fine Line Carpet Care Inc.

"Thank you, we appreciate your comments, as we strive for "Excellent Quality, Outstanding Customer Service""
Each year, including their service for me this year, Fine Carpet & Fabric Care does a thorough job of cleaning the carpet including treating soiled and high traffic areas before cleaning the carpet and applying Scotchgard protector afterward. One person performed the cleaning and required about 4-5 hours, as usual, to complete the task. I moved the furniture out of the rooms to be cleaned prior to the arrival of the cleaning person and moved it back the next day. This year, as in previous years, I have been completely satisfied with the quality of Fine Carpet & Fabric Care's work.
"Thank you for a great review, looking forward to serving you in the future. Pam"
