Eric and I setup the appointment and pricing in February for a May 14th appointment. He came a few days early to set up a radon test which we wanted to also have done. On May 14th he arrived on time and did a thorough home warranty inspection and picked up the radon test. When we received the report from Eric, we have a few issues which we have reported to our home warranty company to resolve. The radon test was a 2.4 so we are good in that area and will not have to add any mitigation system for the near future. I highly recommend Eric. He is friendly, thorough and professional.
