**EHE Home Inspection (Eric Robinson)** I was on a tight deadline to close on a home and decided to look beyond the inspector my realtor recommended—who turned out to be the most expensive. After comparing several options through Angi, I chose Eric from EHE Inspections due to his reasonable pricing and flexibility, including a negotiated sewer scope. Eric was punctual, respectful (even removed his shoes without being asked), and conducted a thorough inspection despite short notice. The detailed report, delivered within two days, included clear photos, a well-organized layout, and insightful notes—even pointing out issues I hadn’t noticed myself. Overall, I was very impressed with both the inspection and the report. I highly recommend EHE Inspections to anyone buying a home.

Erik was absolutely wonderful! My family and I are renting and had some concerns about the property. Erik was more than willing to do an inspection for us. Erik was outstanding. I had use another inspector for another property that went under contact but the other guy (one man band which I usually prefer) was no where near as thorough. I guess because it was “just a condo” the other guy didn’t feel like there was much to check. But Erik was night and day better. He’s incredibly thorough, exceptionally detail oriented, AND (I thought this was a big plus) actually wanted me there with him while he worked as opposed to the other company who specifically had me show up after he was already done. The service I got with Erik makes me wish I could give a 5 star plus plus plus grade. He truly was outstanding and since I’ve had to do two inspections in six months I have a good comparison to use. Highly recommend, he looks out for you like family!

Erik by far was the best communicator of all the inspectors I considered. This was a major factor in my decision to choose him, and I'm glad I did. He inspected a condo built in 1959 and through experience identified a potential safety issue with the unit's main electrical panel (which is likely also from 1959). I'm not sure less experienced inspectors would have reported this. Further, his inspection was very thorough. As a result, excluding the electrical panel (which the seller comped me for), I'll purchase the unit knowing that it has a lot of little issues that need attention (that I also got comped for). Highly recommended!

They came out to inspect the house. We paid to have the full house inspected. They ended up not being able to go under the house due to **not having the tools** we ended up buying the house and found all these extra things that were not up to code. We felt lied to for paying for a service that was not completed properly.
