Ceiling Fan Service
I bought the fans and asked for installation help. The first person I spoke to did not seem to understand that I wanted them to install, but I finally got one of their people to send an installer. One fan was installed so high that the installer had a problem, but he got it done.

Gas Log Service
The staff at the store was most helpful. They showed us many types and kinds of inserts and logs. They also informed us of how to install the product on our own or have someone come to our home to install. We opted to have someone install the insert, convert the fireplace to gas, and set the logs. They were on time and did a great job!

Had I not spoken with them about proper installation, I would not have put in a brace and the results could have been disastrous. They advised me, gave me more detail than I could need and ordered what I wanted.
