Unprofessional and poor customer service from office scheduler. We have used them twice now to winterize our sprinklers and once to replace the back-flow pressure valve w/o issue. However, when we started our sprinklers this year it flooded and did not work (valve?). We called and they said they would get us in in 2 weeks.

The scheduler called me on a Friday and said they would come on Saturday, I let her know we would be out in the morning, but could get home in 20 minutes and would be there all afternoon, was told that was fine. She called me at 11 am Saturday and I told her it would be 20 min. She called back 5 min later and said no they can't wait that long, they would go back to the office and be done for the day. She said they would call on Tues. I let her know that the situation was exactly as I had explained it to be and she told me it wasn't and issue on Friday. I also said they needed to come by soon or we would need to use another company

....Apparently she decided to just remove us from the customer list as "punishment" for that conversation. When my husband called to see why they hadn't f/u to schedule she claimed I had said we were going with another company, that she couldn't bump other customers for us (even though we had a 3 week long request at this point), and that it would now be 4-6 weeks. He was polite and tried to find compromise and she kept repeating 4-6 weeks. Childish, belligerent behavior. Do not value customers or their time.

Elite Spinkler provided my service in advance of my scheduled date because there was a break in their normal schedule and I had delayed calling for service earlier. They insulated my above-ground riser in case of additional freezing weather. In the past they correctly diagnosed failures in the system due to excessive water pressure and installed a pressure reducer. I since have not had any problems with system failure requiring expensive repairs. They checked the spray pattern after turnig on the water and reset the controller for the correct watering days and times. They also showed me how to make changes to the watering schedule. Their visit lasted about an hour, including the two minor repairs. I have been a customer of Elite Sprinkler for about ten years.

Very professional and courteous organization. TJ arrived early but the office called before to ensure that I'd be home. He was very efficient and produced a superb result. He was pleasant, polite, and welcomed questions. I knew exactly what I'd pay before any work was started and there were no surprises! A very good experience.

Arrived on time and explained all work in detail. They gave a reasonable estimate for future jobs that need to be done. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I would use this company again.

ELITE CAME RIGHT OVER WHEN I SAW HIM WORKING IN SOMEONE ELSE'S YARD. FIXED THE PROBLEM RIGHT AWAY AND I HAVE CALLED HIM BACK FOR OTHER REPAIRS. VERY RESPONSIVE AND COMPLETED REPAIRS SATISFACTORILY.
