 + 0 moreThis isi more of a question of what he did NOT do. Upon receiving $2,000,00 from my husband in order to purchase our new water heater, all bets were off. I requested several times that he purchase and install the hot water heater ASAP. He continued to have varied excuses as to why he wanted to wait to install it, varying from one end of the spectrum to the other. Looking at it now, it has become quite apparent that Mr. Bergin took the two thousand dollars and spent it elsewhere, leaving him unable to purchase our water heater and complete that job. He has now REFUSED to return our money, has REFUSED any and all of our requests to comply with our wishes, and in doing so will now be facing legal ramifications. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE. Please do not let this happen to you! He not only performed a minimal amount of framework that we need to now pay to have re-done, but he has stolen our money as well. Do not let this happen to you!
Description of Work: Ed Bergin, the "owner" of this so called company, was hired by my husband and I to complete several plumbing and handyman services at our home in Golden, CO. He was supposed to have worked in our master bathroom, doing framework and various other assignments. He was also to have purchased a new hot water heater for our home and install it. Unfortunately, the minimal framework that he did in our bathroom has since been deemed "shoddy" and needs to be replaced.
