We have an older home.  For the past 25 years we have had a company come out twice a year to clean out the sewer lines.  That is how we met Eric Hutchings, the owner of Drain Genie.  When he opened his own business, we were happy to follow.  Eric conducts himself in a very professional manner, he is prompt, very thorough, makes sure the work is done to our satisfaction, and very reasonably priced.  Eric covers the stairs and carpeting with drop cloths to protect them.  He responds to our calls in a timely manner, and will call us to let us know he is on the way.  He has impressed us with his work ethic and his courteous and friendly manner.  We highly recommend Eric Hutchings/Drain Genie.

It was a good experience. They came in and did it when they said they were going to do it. The quote seemed fairly reasonable for having to dig in the street to do it. My wife dealt with them. The guy who brokered the deal when we bought the house recommended them. We called them and they came and looked at it. They said they would come back and give us a quote and then they came back and fixed it. We can't see it so we have no idea if they fixed it but they did patch the street. They didn't call us ahead of time to say what they were going to do and how they were going to do it so they didn't take that extra step which very few contractors do. They didn't go above and beyond in that regard but they did come and do what they said they were going to do when they said and they charged what they said they were going to charge. We didn't get any other quotes.

I had never heard of this company because my home warranty company sent them to fix my toilet which wasn't flushing properly. After they rebuilt the inside of the tank it was up and running properly in no time. The representative was respectful, clean, and efficient.  He explained everything that was done.   I would recommend Drain Genie in the future. Great work!
