Corbel Interiors (Tony) will be wonderful and super personable on the phone with you. He'll let you know how high in demand he is - and get to you commit to a date with a $575 deposit. I paid our deposit in May and he scheduled it for end of July. Just before our project was supposed to take place, he let me know because it was on the ceiling, it will be a two person job and he had to bump our dates from July to December. December comes around and Tony called me the day before to say his partner was sick and he had to reschedule those dates. At this point, I asked for our deposit back and advised him I would be going with a different company. Suddenly, Tony began screaming at me over the phone and said he had no money in his bank account so he would have to schedule a payment plan for my deposit. Tony then started twisting the circumstances of him calling, which was to reschedule the job, and started saying I was the one who needed to stop canceling on him, and hung up on me. This was a completely different Tony that I had spoken to previously. Today, two months later, I received a letter in the mail from him claiming I cancelled on him 6 dates and included a $150 partial refund of my deposit. While Tony can be very poised on the phone in the beginning, I don't know how his quality of work is because he continued to reschedule his job with us. I would recommend looking for a different team to install your wallpaper.
