It was very good. I would recommend them. I paid more than the big deal because I needed an additional part.

Service was great, all questions were answered with what I felt to be true and reasonable.  he took the extra time to answer my question about A/C maintenance.  Did not pressure me or try to sell me any products.  Was there to perform the work that was required and was helpful in my understanding of my heating model and what I need to do to maintain it.  Simple good service, that's what I wanted and that's what I got.  I will use this company from now on.

They were on time and very professional and found that A/C needed freon and added it. Also looked at the furnace and advised that this time of year needed a lighter weight filer and put one in. 

Matt offers fair prices for quality work.  Another company came out and gave an estimate of almost $6000 for the same work, in addition to the price difference, the workman was very aggressive and pushy....insisting he do it right then.  We told him we wanted to check around and he was mad.  I called Matt, who had done work at our home, explained the situation, he gave me a bid over the phone and had the unit installed in two days. I would highly recommend him for any air conditioning or heating issues you have.

Matt was ON TIME. He said 11am and was there at 11am. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem HONESTLY and fix it in an hour. Matt knew what he was doing and even went one step further to make sure the coolant was ok, which it was. Many AC/Heating companies try to sell you parts you don't need. Matt was honest and only fixed what needed to be fixed. He also took the time to explain why the condenser would have gone out to prevent it from happening again. GREAT!! THANK YOU!!

The repair man that came was so honest and efficient! He was also on time. Our A/C was blowing out room temperature air and rattling pretty bad. The gentleman examined the problem and replaced the transformer(?) that was needed for our 12yr old A/C. He could have easily said we needed to replace it, but instead said it just needed the repair and we should be good to go. In addition, he had the replacement part with him and didn't have to come back to make the repairs. He was right! Our A/C runs great & very efficiently now.

We recently purchased this home but records showed the A/C was installed in 1999. He showed us how to clean the A/C unit and what type of filter to use in the summer months. We are new to A/C so appreciated his information. It appears our unit was not properly maintained so we discussed the cost of a new system and the options available. No pressure at all. He explained how we would know when our system was failing.
