We had a last minute emergency during our business move and we needed assistance over the Labor Day weekend. We called Colorado Telephone and Cable late on Friday afternoon needing service on Saturday. They were amazing at finding a technician that was able to work on the holiday weekend. Nathan arrived onsite promptly at 8am on Saturday and he was amazing at getting our system figured out and up and running! A huge thank you to Nathan and the scheduling team to get us service! We look forward to utilizing them for all our upcoming telecom needs!

I really respect these folks. They are so reliable and our tech, Nathan, has so much knowledge! I appreciate that he just comes in, does his majic and all is well. It is much appreciated that even a small business like us are treated with the best care.

These guys have been wonderful! We got a quote for replacing security cameras for twice the amount elsewhere, then got a more reasonable quote from CTAC and not only did they execute quickly, they came back promptly when we had an issue. I got tired of paying for unused lines and services I didn’t even know were still active. Colorado Telephone did a full carrier audit for us. They found we were wasting hundreds every month. They helped cancel junk services and renegotiated a better plan. No upselling—just straight talk and real savings. Honestly, I should’ve done this years ago.

Appointment was for 2PM. Had to call about 3:15 to find out when to expect him. Didn't show up after 3:30. Found the problem in reasonably short order.

Could not ask for better service. Their work was excellent.

This company responded quickly, sent out a troubleshooter and we got the problem fixed. It was not easy to find a company that would come out to a residence for inside the house telephone wiring. They came through.

Eric was amazing. He went above and beyond. My issue was fixed relatively quickly and since I paid for am hour worth of work, he fixed other things that were minor issues that I had been putting off for some time. I highly recommend Eric.
