RPM is greedy and too expensive! I have rental properties in six states so I’ve used many different property management companies. I don’t like all the RPM fees...monthly (agent fee) and quarterly (inspection fee) and annual (renewal fee) to landlord, plus monthly ($35 to deposit a monthly rent check?) and annual fees (renewal) to tenants. Also, there have been at least eight instances of RPM maintenance charging 3x higher than the also bonded and insured handyman competition.
