Would NOT recommend this company. My home had one non-working outlet?an easy fix, but I wanted a professional to handle it. Initial contact was great: they quoted me upfront and scheduled service quickly. The electrician arrived on time but barely checked anything before saying he needed more people, despite this being a simple job. He didn?t even confirm basic details himself. They scheduled a follow-up for Monday but never showed. Days later, I reached out and was told there was an emergency, rescheduling for the next Monday. No communication that morning?until days later when I reached out. Agreed on them coming the next Monday- today. Today, I waited 1.5 hours, called multiple times with no answer, finally got someone who said they?d check. Nearly three hours later, the tech messaged saying they had another emergency and asked to reschedule again. At that point, I was done waiting. Their pricing is great, but reliability? Not so much.

"Hi Caleb, We would like apologize for the inconvenience. Your initial request was to replace a burnt outlet. Upon checking the outlet, it was discovered that that was not the case. The tech then proceeded to do basic troubleshooting to get power restored, after an unsuccessful attempt he had to reschedule the job to allow for more time. I understand he did not communicate with you and we?ll make sure that doesn?t happen again as we strive for 100% customer satisfaction."
