Chimney Cleaning and Inspection

The technician was friendly and efficient and spent 70 minutes in our home. He noted several cracks in the firebox and caulked them and replaced the flashing and caulked at the roof. They quoted the cost of the inspection and cleaning at $300 and I was stunned when the technician presented me with a bill over $1300. This included $600 for replacing the flashing and $400 for caulking the fireplace. When I told him I thought this was really high he said he gave me a good deal and that these costs can go much higher. I liked this company?s work but not the price. I can?t afford them and would not call them again.

. I have a gas fireplace I had no idea the maintenance that revolves around it. I called them thanks for recommendation of a friend of mine they came in explain exactly what needs to be done what are the dangers and how it can be fixed. Very professional and friendly service I would use them again
