What a wonderful concept - boarding, parking, and airport shuttle in one place! The cat condos are spacious and there is plenty of visual entertainment available. Place smells clean and they let me leave the carrier inside the space so my cat always has a spot with her own scent.

We had to send them vaccination records three times for one of our dogs because they kept losing it. We also had a lot of difficulty making sure they understood what we wanted them to do. I explained to them over the phone how to handle our dogs. One of our dogs was on medication and also likes to have his food watered down. They both needed a walk add-on during the day. When I got there, I asked if they still had that info. I ended up having to explain it all again. It didn't give me confidence. I don't even know if they followed our instructions. I paid for having medication administered and extra walks, but who knows if they actually did it. I know that our greyhound had loose stools at the time. I forgot to inform them about that. When I got the report back, it said his stools were fine. I don't think they really take anything seriously. Based on our experience and the bad reviews that keep piling up on them, we will not be using them again.

We gave instructions to not feed her the peanut butter in a Kong as a snack--and provided other treats as a substitute. She has a very sensitive stomach--and cannot eat things like peanut butter. When we picked her up, the attendant told us how much she enjoyed her peanut butter--and that they had an extra can of her dog food in her bag as they didn't feed her as instructed. She's on presciption dog food due to tummy troubles. She has had loose stools for the past 24 hours due to the peanut butter. We were not happy with this facility/staff--and we would not recommend this place to anyone. The facility is large and clean--but the staff is not attentive enough--nor do they follow instructions.

I have used them for day care, grooming and long term kenneling. I put my dogs there and they come home happy and they are happy to go there. They enjoy themselves and are not traumatized.  The price is reasonable and the service is good. 

Dropped off two totally healthy and happy dogs on Friday - picked up two inured, medicated and stressed dogs on Monday.  
Both of my dogs were apparently injured while in the play yard.  You can view the play yard 24/7 and quickly realize that the number of dogs in there is too difficult to manage with just one attendant watching.  I get it - dogs play and accidents can happen.  What I can't fathom is that both dogs getting injured on two separate days with out a SINGLE attempt to notify me.  Furthermore, both dogs were given veterinary care without my consent when a simple phone call would have been completely appropriate.  At the time of pick up - the staff's handling of the issue was completely unacceptable with one staff member snickering / smiling at us.  We asked for an incident report for both dog attacks which were not completed and would have to be emailed to us.  
Additionally, we paid for the top of the line 'penthouse' accommodations - I can only imagine what kind of care would have been given for the lesser classes of dog care boarding.  
Both dogs have required a vet follow up after pick up.  
So lets break it down:
- No standardized escalation protocols for injuries
- No communication in case of dog bites or other incidents
- No approval from the pet owners for any medical care to be administer
- The vacation report card made it sound like they had a blast - despite both of them getting bitten by another dog at the facility
Club Pet DIA needs to enable some strict protocols and procedures to handle incidents to include proactive owner communication.

DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY.  If I could post pictures, I absolutely would.  Our puppies are not doing well today, and we'll have them under vet care for a couple of days.  This facility provided false information, did not track or care for the animals under its care and had absolutely no regard for how I felt over the situation.  They were quite glib that I would have a heightened concern for my to puppies that currently had gashes across the face and head.

They are absolutely outstanding. I don't like leaving my dog, but I trust Club Pet DIA more than anything. They always know my dog by name, adore having her around, and I've never seen her so happy when we pull up to a new place.
I would recommend Club Pet DIA to anyone.

I've used them for several years. They are wonderful. They have a webcam so I am able to keep an eye on my pet to see how they are doing.

We viewed Club Pet Resorts prior to our vacation and had a trial for all the dogs. We were able to drop our dogs off at 6AM and felt good about leaving them at The Club. We were able to watch them on the web cams 24hr/ day and got a full report at the end of their time at the club. We will absolutely use them again and recommend Club Pet Resorts to friends. They also have a bus that will take you to DIA and pick you up.
