Beginning with a menu design that suited my dinner guests to a tee, Matt then brought all of the food ready to be finished onsite along with all of the cooking utensils that he would use. The food was delicious and the service was top notch...and to top it off, my kitchen was clean when they left. I would highly recommend Matt and his company for any occasion.

Matt was very responsive when we first contacted him. We started with explaining the event to him. It was a party for up to 18 of my employees at my house. We were celebrating our 20th year in business.Matt shot back a sample menu. From there we started to refine it. We have more carnivores than most so Matt put together a and quot;heartyand quot; menu for us. It was absolutely awesome!Matt and his assistant showed up about 2 hours prior to when folks were scheduled to arrive and started the prep. Appetizers were served on time and dinner followed. Without exception, everyone raved about his food and service. He even had a few of his business cards go home with people.We will definitely use him in the future!

Matt was professional, flexible, professional and a pleasure to work with. I was able to set up everything I needed with one simple phone call.

All the meals were pronounced to be wonderful--from main course to sides. The salmon and the short ribs were the biggest hit but all were finished with delight.

Matt Busker and his staff arrived exactly when they said and began working!  They set up tables and placed linens as well as preparing their own tables for buffet and appetizers.  They used our kitchen and left it clean like they found it!  Their plates, cups, utensils, etc are compostable and they even left those for me to use in our compost!  
As soon as guests arrived, the bartender provided was ready to serve drinks and appetizers were ready.  Of course, our party schedule was behind, but the food was ready when we were and everyone complemented us on the quality and taste.  As guests were finished eating, they were guided to the dessert table and their compostable items were taken care of by the staff.
Clean up was equally as efficient.  Food (although not much was left) was cleaned up and the tables broken down and everything!  All we had to do was enjoy!

The Catering Consciously team was top notch.  Matt was amazing at helping plan the menu.  His menus are really creative.  The team on the night of the event was punctual, professional, and was ready to roll.  They set up the bar, began the appetizers and had absolutely everything in place by the time the guests arrived.  We had passed apps and drinks outside for cocktail hour.  The apps were AMAZINGLY delicious and plentiful.  The attention to detail on how they were served was wonderful.  We then moved inside for plated salad (all locally sourced, I love that) and then the most amazing entree ever.  Again all locally sourced.  To finish up what was an amazing meal came 3 trays of small bite desserts that would wow anyone.  By the time we finished desserts and retired to the seating area for after dinner cocktails, the team had everything whipped into shape, the dishwasher washing and the leftovers (I was thrilled there was some!) all arranged in the fridge.  I couldn't have been happier with the event, the Catering Consciously Team, and I am already dreaming of my next event.  WHAT A GREAT CATERING COMPANY!

They had us from the tasting-- some of the best food we've ever tasted, and really exciting, original recipes-- none of the bland stuff we tasted elsewhere. The staff is extremely professional, so it was always good dealing with them. The only glitch was when we realized our guest list would be 130, not 200 like we'd expected-- they unfortunately weren't able to lower our costs since they'd been giving us a big discount for 200 guests. We were a little disappointed about that, but again, were still very pleased with the overall results. They are so professional, we never had to worry about whether they'd show up on time-- it all just happened behind the scenes like magic, and they even worked with us (at no extra cost) to set up our unconventional buffet of dozens of cakes and cupcakes our friends had baked for our wedding. Money well spent!
