I don't think that there was anything outstanding. They were pretty run-of-the-mill. They were helpful. Overall, it turned out well.

Very convenient - we had purchased our carpeting for the upstairs from Carpet Mill a couple of years ago.  It was now time to replace the basement and stairs carpeting.  We called and spoke to Bud who charged us the same amount per sq. ft. for the same carpet we had purchased two years back.  Considering the price increases due to rising manufacturing and delivery costs over the past couple of years, we were pleased with the deal.  We did it all over the phone and never had to go to their store.
Installation went smoothly and everything was completed just as expected.  We'll go back there once we wear out our carpet again.

They had one product which we couldn?t find anywhere else; that?s the laminate product. They were easy to reach and answered all questions. They were responsive and their customer service was good. We did have one of the installers of the laminate, who had the stair treads squeaking and then we had another person come and fix it up for us. I will use their services in future, if required.

Bob was very helpful in selecting the products which would best suit our home. And all the installations happened on schedule and to our satisfaction. We had three different crews and they were all very professional and did an excellent job!
