The crew showed up a little late to start. The crew was not professional in my opinion. I specifically instructed the crew to disassemble certain pieces as they were fragile and could break. I was advised that they were professionals. Consequently, they ended up breaking exactly what I warned them about breaking. I purchased the full value insurance and the office person has given me the run around for weeks. I ended up paying to have the pieces fixed myself as they denied responsibility because the piece had been previously repaired. Based on the overall unprofessional nature of how they have acted, I would NEVER hire that company again to move anything of value.

Jessica came to our home to review everything we needed to move 65 miles. She made detailed notes and took comprehensive photos. They put together a detailed quote for us based on the number of trucks and movers required and the distance of our move. We contacted two or three other movers to get comparison quotes, but none of the other movers would come to our home in order to give us a quote on the full price of the move: They only would give us a "per hour, per mover, per truck" price. We were VERY disappointed in the other movers' total lack of interest in doing business with us! Between the time of the estimate and the date of our move, we were able to get rid of or move quite a bit ourselves. On the day of our move Carlson Custom Interiors only needed two trucks instead of the three they had planned to use and the number of hours was also less, SO the final cost of our move ended up being $600 LESS than their original estimate ~ Which made us VERY HAPPY!!! Nothing was lost OR damaged in the move and EVERYONE we worked with was friendly, professional and efficient and we cannot recommend Carlson Custom Interiors too highly!

Couldn't have gone any better. Danny was very competent, professional, and friendly. All that experience showed as they solved all the problems on the fly. Nothing was damaged and they got the equipment into place in good time. I would highly recommend them to anyone that wants sensitive equipment moved.

Company arrived on time and with correct truck and equipment. We opted for three movers, They worked hard, steady, and with professionalism. Nothing was lost or damaged during the move. Very pleased. Move took a little over 7 hours.
