I found Zachary when I was desperate. I am a contract transcriptionist and my computer was acting up big time (I had ignored it for way too long!) I put out a search on Angi (Home Advisor), and Zachary answered it within minutes. Despite complications with both of our busy holiday schedules, he came to my house quickly, took the computer, diagnosed a sick hard drive, went out and bought the hard drive and another unrelated hardware item I needed, fixed the problem and returned the computer promptly. There was great communication between the two of us and his followup was exceptional, dealing with problems unique to my profession that neither of us could have foreseen. He was personable and professional, and very reasonably priced. I would definitely call on Zachary again.
