These guys were great....prompt, good value and great cleaning.

Not sure what the point was. Didn't really make the carpets any better. I still had to go and rent a rug doctor to get the dirt and smell out. Way too much money for what appeared to be no meaningful benefit.

Said carpet would look better once it dried. It did not.

no power machine to wash carpets only water mix. NO STEAM to lift stains. Poor job cleaning and charges toooo much for poor work. Would not recommend this company.

I received a call within minutes of making my request for a quote on servicemagic. Jim was very professional and knew a lot about carpet care with dogs. I'll be hiring him again.

Jim was very professional and friendly. We also appreciated how he didn't try to "oversell" his services, tacking on a lot of extra costs. The carpet looked fantastic after cleaning, with maybe a few small "crunchy" areas, perhaps from residue of the non-soap cleanser? I did like how quickly the carpets dried and the cleaning was very quick. We would recommend carbocleaner, however, and would call Jim again!

The main part of the carpets were cleaned just fine, but there was one plant stand ring and he spread that out to 3 times the size and then it was filled in. I called and left several messages to have him go back and fix the problem, and have not heard from them. I think it is very unprofessional and I shouldn't have to pay someone else to do this again, because they do not do a good job and/or follow-up on phone calls.

Jim was very polite and knowledgeable. He took his time in completing the job and answered all of my questins. I will more than likely use him again.

Jim was very friendly and very easy to work with. We had to reschedule for an earlier date and he was more than happy to work with us. He even showed up an hour early and called first to make sure it was ok if he came early. We will use Carbocleaner again!

Showed up, did not do any prep work, as I was told would be. Was there less than 45 minutes in my home, to do all three stories of my home; basement stairs nor floor was done. IMMEDIATELY went to bank and cashed check. ONLY 40% of dirt was removed.

He did a great job. Removed some really bad stains from a bathroom remodel project. I am very satisfied

They did a great job and are very price competitive.

This company did a fantastic job. They responded quickly. And they answered every question. I would also say they were very conscientious and thorough.
