Awesome!

Brad accomplished the scope of work in an excellent manner.  However, he went beyond our expectations in several areas:

1.       Brad?s handling of the existing wallpaper was expertly handled.  Initially, we had only asked Brad to seal and paint over the wallpaper.  However, he politely and respectfully convinced us to have him  remove the wallpaper, and even allowed a variable amount in his price to accommodate difficulties that he thought that he might have with the kitchen wallpaper.
2.       The back hall had an old and poor patching job.  Even though we did not emphasize this on our list, Brad took the initiative, repaired it expertly, and surprised use with how good the area now looks with a fresh coat of paint.
3.       Brad managed his own project without supervision.   We live in Colorado Springs, and saw only the first steps of his wallpaper removal, and then reviewed the nearly completed work a bit more than a week later.
4.       His choice of a lighter contrasting molding color looks excellent.
5.       When it was discovered that an additional, floor molding piece was going to be needed after the old carpeting was removed, Brad clearly communicated and allowed us to approve of the small additional charge to prime and paint the additional molding.
6.       The closeout list that we made for him was short, and was quickly completed.

Brad did an excellent job, showed initiative, worked quickly and professionally on his own, and deserves your business.  He has my highest recommendation!
