I cannot say enough good things about their work. They were timely and on schedule, which is saying quite a bit since the project ran from 8/20/2012 to 10/31/2012. Their attention to even the smallest detail was most impressive. And Piotr's artistic sense of how things will look in the end was most helpful. Especially  when one is looking at unfinished areas. He had many helpful ideas along the way but was never pushy and always left the final decision to me and my wife. He was also very good about fixing items along the way that were either not working properly or had been incorrectly built in the first place. If at any time his finished work didn't come out just right he would redo it. Such as several doors that had gaps that were slightly too wide. Incidentally I hadn't  even noticed it. He simply replaced the new doors so that a perfect fit could be made. Their tile works is remarkable. My wife had selected several intricate patterns in the shower and kitchen back splash which they made look splendid. 
Based on several bids I received for the job I felt that he was very fair in his pricing. And as additional items came up during the project i never felt as though he was overcharging for the work. My impression of the crew is that they are honest and completely transparent in their dealings with their customers.
I personally have never had such a positive experience in hiring someone for such a large job. I often hear businesses say that they are here to please the customer but this crew truly proved it. If you show any signs of being uncomfortable with their work Piotr was quick to change it to your liking.
We obtained his name from a friend who is a professor at CU and she had a similar experience to ours.
if you are considering any home remodeling I would highly recommend Better Living or at the very least talk to him and decide for yourself.
