Brad came highly recommended for our general contractor by our kitchen designer, it is no wonder why. Brad and his crew of subcontractors were a real pleasure to work with. From our initial consultation through the whole process, Brad made sure he knew our expectations of him, and we were comfortable with his expectations of us. The thing that impressed us the most is his communication with us throughout the whole process. We spoke on a daily basis about what was happening that day and if there were any unexpected surprises. As with all major remodel, things don’t always go smoothly. Whether it was having to move outside plumbing or trying to figure out how to get the fridge out of the kitchen without having to cut a wall or lift over a patio wall, Brad always called with multiple options and guidance as to each option. We are extremely happy with the new kitchen and the work that B. Young Renovations did for us. We would definitely use Brad again and would happily recommend him for anyone looking for a contractor.

I believe you can truly judge a person’s character by how they react to when things do not go according to plan. Brad was a joy to work with through it all! As with any home renovation, things with our remodel did not always go according to plan. Brad made the entire process easy. He was efficient, finishing in exactly his quoted time, even when the counter people I hired took well over three weeks! He was wonderful with communication. He called every single day that work was being done in the house. He listened and addressed every concern. His staff was amazing. They were friendly, clean and did a great job. If a mistake was made, Brad took care of it personally and quickly. I wanted floating shelves in my kitchen to hold my very heavy dishes. The shelves I purchased did not work the way they were suppose to; Brad went above and beyond to be sure that my vision came to life, making custom inner brackets and lighting, giving me a very custom look with an IKEA price. Brad is a great contractor and just a good human being. It is obvious that he cares deeply about his work. I would recommend Brad to anyone and plan to use him again in the future for our bathrooms.

When I hired Brad, I told him we needed to be done in 30 days and 70 days later his crew finished. Overall the work was okay but I would not hire him again but he does not understand finishing a job on time. He does not have a full-time crew to complete the work in a timely manner.

"The man that wrote this review is a fix and flipper that got in over his head and mismanaged his funding very badly. He originally hired me because of our great reviews? The only reason that it took 70 days is because [Member Name Removed] could not get me paid and I continually had to pull my men off the job until he could come up with funds. I did however watch him buy new cars and take trips during the projects. 4 years later he still owes my $7000 and I happen to know that he owes at least 15 other contractors money. In fact I ' ve cooperating with a Denver detective and prosecuting attorney with information about his continuely ripping off contractors over the last 5 years. We gave him our best work with promises of payment at completion, we still never got paid despite going back to do bits and pieces of fix up after the inspectors did their work. None of these item were on our original contract, we just did it because we though we would get paid after closings. Again, we received no money but did see [Member Name Removed] in a new car. Also I know of at least 2 houses that were repossessed during this period. He wrote this review because I stayed after him for a long time for the money but eventually gave up to save my sanity. Enough said!!!!!!"

Brad and his crew were personable, professional and easy to work with throughout the entire remodel process spaninng about 6 weeks.
Cabinet, flooring and tile installation was exceptional. All work was performed on a timely and cost effective basis.
I would use BYoung Home Renovation in future home remodeling jobs that Brad felt comfortable in bidding.

They had the project done in about 6 weeks. They had to tear down a wall between the dining area and kitchen and rebuild it into one large kitchen. They installed everything brand new. Brad communicated very well and I never had to wait more than a couple hours to hear back from him. The staff was very likable and they were working on the job virtually every day, if they weren't I knew they wouldn't be there in advance.

It went very well. I had an itemized estimate before we started that was signed by Brad and myself. Everyone showed up on time. No fowl language and they cleaned up after themselves. They were careful to keep doors shut as much as possible so my pug didn't get out. They did what they said they would do and no extra expenses when I paid. Don't expect Brad to return a phone call within a hour, be a little patient. I always heard from him by the end of the day at the latest. I was very comfortable with all of his crew.

They were okay. They were not outstanding but they were good. I used them in July and August. I probably would use them again.

They basically painted the top 2 floors of our house and added the chair-railing while using top quality paint. We chose different color for each room and all painting was done by hand. We are about to hire BYoung Renovation to redo our baseboards and eventually the exterior of our home.
