I contacted Andrei from Craig's List and he arrived at our house two hours later to survey and give us an estimate. He was very thorough explaining the work he would need to do. He completed the work per the inspection in two days and gave us an invoice for the amount he had quoted. He was efficient, did great work and cleaned up afterwards.
