Used Brad's service to stain my deck. It was a few years overdue for a touch-up. Very responsive (more than me at first!). He was available almost immediately. He gave me pointers on the prep work I could do to save money, since I indicated I just wanted him to do the actual staining. He was very transparent about pricing and it came in right at the estimate, and the deck looks great. Overall great experience.
