House Cleaning
The actual cleaning of the house was fine, no complaints there. But the very first time they were here we noticed that we were missing a brand new pair of ear buds we had just bought, still new in the package. We asked them about it to give them a chance to return them. We even said "maybe it got mixed up in the cleaning supplies" to give them a chance to return them, no questions asked. we had them back 2nd time but no return of the ear buds. Okay, it's not an expensive item, but who knows, maybe next time jewelry, money? Sorry, we're done with them. Can't be trusted.
