The results were fantastic and exceeded my expectations. The shop called me twice while the car was in repairs to discuss options on different stages of the process, and their suggestions lowered the cost and resulted in a better outcome. The job was done on time, and the staff could not have been nicer or more competent. For reference, this was my second repair job at Airport Auto Body, and my experience was excellent both times. (My first job was about three years ago when hail severely damaged my Beloved Honda Element. The insurance claim repairs were flawless and the service was absolutely professional.) As a result of both of my vehicle repair experiences with them, I highly recommend Airport Auto Body.

Perfect - again. This is the second time I've had to repair my car. I don't like having my car run into. But I love knowing that I have a reliable, honest, efficient, responsive repair shop such as Airport Auto Body when I do need repairs. Their work is top notch. They complete the work quickly. And they go out of their way to work with the customer and the insurance companies. The insurance damage appraiser even told me Airport Auto Body is one of their preferred repair shops for their claim repairs. I hope I never need another repair. But if I do, Airport Auto Body is the only repair shop I will use.

Picked up my Subaru WRX today. During the last 5 years, my wife and I have had to use 3 different auto body shops, and this is the first one we've ever used off Angie's list. Worked with Brett over there, who was friendly, nice, and kept me updated on every aspect of the repair (like if a part was delayed, etc.). I am really thrilled and would recommend them to anybody who wants quality work done WITH excellent customer service.

     Initially I got an estimate a couple of weeks prior to having it done.  I dropped the truck off on Saturday morning of the week before they said they would paint it.  I was told that it would probably be done by the end of the week and that is what happened as I picked it up Friday afternoon.  Brett McCord was the one who wrote up the estimate and he was my contact throughout.  Brett was very pleasant, efficient and willing to spend time explaining all I needed to know.  He even gave me some free advice about an issue I have with another vehicle.  

     My truck was in the front lot when I drove in, so I was able to inspect it before going in to settle the bill.  It looks fantastic.  The paint was expertly blended with the existing fender paint and there were no swirl or buffing marks visible.  In fact the bill was a few bucks less than the estimate.  I am very pleased and would recommend Airport Auto Body to anyone and would recommend Brett McCord as well.

Airport Auto Body did an outstanding job fixing the three small dents and several scratches (including one that scraped down to metal) on the left rear quarter panel/bumper of my wifeand acirc;??s 2009 Honda Fit. They completed the repairs faster than estimated - 4 days, instead of the one week estimate provided by three auto body shops. And the final bill was exactly as estimated. The finished results are outstanding. The car looks like new and the dark metallic blue paint job is perfectly matched and feathered. My wife and I cannot tell that that the previous damage ever existed. Everyone I dealt with (Steve and Brie) was very kind and professional. They were happy to answer every question and explain the repair process and costs. And while someone else causing damage to our car was stressful and very aggravating, Airport Auto Body made repairing this unfortunate damage a very easy, quick and stress-free experience. Thank you Steve, Brie and everyone at Airport Auto Body! We are very happy with the results of your repairs.

I was involved in a fender bender in a parking lot.  I immediately checked Angie's List for auto body work and chose Airport Auto Body because of reviews and proximity to my home.  I could not be happier with their work.  The folks at the shop were terrific. Bree was my first contact (phone) and Steve handled the estimate for the repairs.  My car looks great.  I can unequivocally recommend them.  Thanks Airport Auto Body for great work and thank you Angie's List for your service to the public.

I believe that Airport Auto Body employees are second to none, not only for their work, but also for their courteous manners and treatment of their customers.  They do their work at a very competitive price, or better, with quality results.   



Prior to doing the work they offered me a ride home while they worked on my 2004 GMC 1500 and it was a very courteous employee who drove me home.  He more than observed every traffic regulation there was while he drove me there.



I have never seen such work like that they did in, removing the dents, painting my right rear truck panel and replacing my inner rhino lining.  Airport Auto Body's work was excellent!  They in turn offered to pick me up the day my truck was ready. 



A couple of days later I noticed that there were a few errors in the rhino lining (a job that they outsourced to Rhino Linings).  I returned my truck and they had the errors corrected within one day.  I like the fact that they have a "life time warranty" on their work!  I would recommend them to anyone in Denver and all of the surrounding cities as well.

 

Airport Auto Body I took my car in for an estimate probably a year ago.  They told me it would cost $700. They were going to replace a rear view mirror, and scrapes in the side where I backed up into the garage and tore up the mirror and side door.  I had three separate incidences.  The mirror, side scrape, actually my co-worker opened her car door and whammed into mine.  And then a little front fender damage.  I ended up going to someone else and it was closer to $1000, so I think it was probably higher.  They were very knowledgable.  They knew what they were doing.  I walked in so I didn't make an appointment on a Saturday morning.  So that was nice that they did that.  He seemed very honest, he was recommended by one of my co-workers. She had gone through them several times and felt like they were very good.  I think the estimate I got from them wasn't for all three of those things.  So I went elsewhere and got another estimate and it was a little bit closer to the same price, but it included all three things.  I think the estimate I got from them was just for two things.  The mirror and the scrape on my door. So the place I went to was a more convenient location as well and I guess the price was a little better.

     I went out and looked for, and received, several estimates for my 2004 GMC Sierra.  The estimates varied from $2,335.00 to $3,700.00, however Airport Auto was not only the best estimate but they had the greatest looking shop, the most courteous employees, and in the end did the best and greatest job.
     They did the greatest job and the best looking job like if it were a brand new truck for the least cost and estimate. I would recommend Airport Auto Body to anyone who asks me. They deserve to be on Angie's list and they also give a military discount, so make sure that you ask for yours and bring your military identification. 
     These days every penny counts and when you can get outstanding work, from someone like Airport Auto Body, it is great to recieve it, even at a discount. Thank you Airport Auto Body, I am very satisfied.

I recieved several estimates prior to taking my car to this shop. This was the most reasonable place I found. They did a great job.

The estimator was professional and thorough. We chose another shop; they had a comparable estimate but lower price by $500 and a faster turnaround. I would consider this shop in the future.

They were very friendly, they explained all the processes to repair my car. I have used this shop on multiple occasions, they really know what they are doing.
