Prompt. Patient and informative as I made decisions as to what I wanted.  Suggested ways to get more for my money.

Their customer service people and dispatch people are very arrogant and rude. They are hard to deal with. They just are not friendly people. If you have an issue with your alarm system, and this has happenedto me thrice where a device went down, I have the maintenance agreement down there too as well and maintenance insurance and in the three cases that happened when something went wrong they said I had to wait two to three weeks to get the tech to come out here. When you call in because of an alarm issue, they ask you for your phone number and they tell you we have no record of it. And, when they tell you they have no record of it, you got to go through all of this rigmarole to try and figure out. Their setup is horrible.

We are satisfied with the service they provide. It's been fine. We've never had to use it so they haven't had to report. Any time I go out of town I call them to let them know and they are great.

I paid them for their trip charge. I used them because I have used them before and I was satisfied with them. They give me a fast response and the repair people are very professional.

I am happy with the service I receive from ADT. I like that they always do what they say they are going to. I have had a couple of false alarms and they are quick to respond. I will continue to use their service as long as things keep going the way they are now.

I had to pay by the middle of October just to stay in the system. Cost is the monthly charge which I consider too high.

This is a great value. I've been an ADT customer for almost 5 years. They are responsive, prompt and have great customer service. Their prices are very competitive.

THE STAFF AT ADT HAS BEEN RESPECTFUL & VERY HELPFUL. THEY'VE COME TO OUR HOME & ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS & CONCERNS. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE FOR ADT HAVE ALSO BEEN VERY POSITIVE.

ADT SECURITY SERVICES SALES REPRESENTATIVE WAS VERY RESPONSIVE AND MET WITH US AT OUR CONVENIENCE. THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE WAS ABLE TO SCHEDULE THE INSTALLATION TO MEET OUR REQUESTED TIMELINE. THE INSTALLATION WOULD NORMALLY TAKE LESS THAN ONE DAY, HOWEVER DUE TO EQUIPMENT PROBLEMS IT TOOK A FEW DAYS TO COMPLETE. WE HAVE BEEN SATISFIED WITH THE INSTALLATION AND SUBSEQUENT SERVICE. IT IS MONEY WELL SPENT.

THE SALESMAN WAS VERY NICE, HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING WELL. THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY PROMPT AND ALSO EXPLAINED THE SYSTEM. WE HAD ADT IN A PREVIOUS HOME AND LIKED IT.
