My pets know them.  They come back happy and healthy.  Dr. Jones is very accommodating and helpful with the pets.

Everything turned out fine. We like their service a lot. The veterinarian is very down to earth and he just has a regular office that does the job that is needed. If you need a good veterinarian that is very affordable this is where you should go.

They are very nice, very down to earth.  It's an incredibly low key office.  It's not high tech.  Tries to save you money.  The first time we brought our dog there, we rescued her and he didn't even charge me.  We had her go in for a check up just to make sure she was okay or whatever because we rescued her.  She had been stranded on the road.  We had her checked out.  He  said I don't charge people for rescue dogs.  She does take medicines to I have to go in there and renew the medicine.  I just call them and they have it ready and I go pick it up.  They are courteous.  Just takes care of animals, knows what he's doing.  He just has a regular office for dogs and cats and what ever animals come in there.  He interacts terrific with our animals. We had this experience when we moved here we had another dog who got sick.  We had to go to Parker Animal Emergency and sadly our dog died they had recommended for our other dog that we go to this guy. So we went there with out other dog who sadly had a thing on his stomach.   As soon as he saw it he said that's not good, that's not good and he sent us to a specialist.  It wasn't good but we had the dog for another year and then he died and then we rescued this dog.  He didn't worry me but he as soon as he was what ever it was he obviously had experience seeing what ever this thing was because as soon as he saw it he said it's not good you have to go to a specialist.  We did.  He treated him, kept him alive for another year with him.

I dropped my healthy dog off on a Friday morning. The gentleman that received the dog was very nice and professional. Before I left I asked to see where my dog would be boarded and I was only allowed to stand by the door. This was a bid red flag but because I was leaving town, iit was too late to change plans. I picked him up on Monday morning 8:00 am sharp (they are closed on Sundays) Nothing was ever mentioned that he might be sick or dirty. When my dog got in the car, I smelled feces. I check him and he is full of feces. I had to drive him straight to the groomers. They called me and told me that they had to bathe him twice because he had constant diarrhea. I brought home my sick dog thinking that maybe he had gotten into something. I called Academy Acres the next day to ask if he had been sick and the same gentleman that received him said that he had noticed diarrhea in his kennel on Mon but he wasn't there on Sunday so he wasn't sure if it had been there since Sun. Why he hadn't mentioned this to me when I picked him up is beyond me. To make this story short, my dog was sick for over one week, I had grooming bills, vet bills,and no accountability from Academy Acres. My dog will never stay there again.
