ABSOLUTE CLEANING

We used this company a total of three times.  The first time, the owner Al was unavailable, so he sent his employee Rhonda.  She did a FABULOUS job.  We had agreed that we wanted to pay around $100, but since it was the first time, agreed to the $120. We were so pleased to have found a company that cleaned to our standards. However, the second time, they came together and we were sadly disappointed in the service.  While he spent time on such things as cleaning the oven shelves,  the floor was not mopped (still had dog prints), and ALL the furniture was moved out of place.  They didn't bother to even try to move it back to the correct location, nor any of the knickknacks. I spent a lot of time moving everything back to its' original place.   Mirrors in bathrooms were also not cleaned.  In addition, he charged us $175!  We had been very clear about our $100 budget, but he claimed that we needed a "deep clean".  We used them one final time, hoping it would be better, but although it was only $100 (since we weren't home that time, that was the amount of the check we left), there was no improvement in the cleaning.  Floors not mopped correctly, crumbs still on furniture so clearly had not been vacuumed, dust still on surfaces. Since we weren't home, I don't know how much time they spent, but if I have to clean again myself, why would I spend the money on a cleaning service?

Absolute Cleaning has cleaned our home on several occasions always on time. we even threw in a few extras around the hollidays and she was able to accommodate us even with her busy schedule. we will continue to use her servises in the future.
