Jim is a great man to work with, he is very professional, courteous, and above all, Honest! My A/C went out, Jim came over on a Saturday and didn't charge extra because it was the weekend. Jim fixed my A/C unit in no time at all, he did recommend a new unit but I already knew I had to replace it as it is over 20 years old. He know's what he is doing and he doesn't waste your time. It was very expensive for only 30min of work. He was late getting there and he left to get a part and didn't come back for 3 hours

Jim is the man. We haven't been getting reliable heat from our Boiler so Jim came out to look over the system. At the time he was at our house everything work properly so he ran through some individual components and cleaned out what he could. He gave us no charge since he could not find any issues at that time. We have had continued problem and it was likely an aqua-stat switching relay on its last legs, but this was working properly while Jim was there. Thanks for taking the time to come out! Jim is great!

Jim was very friendly, professional, and well knowledge when it comes to plumbing! He did quality work and was very honest! I had another plumber who told me that I need Freon for my air condition, but when Jim came, he told me that was not the case! He gave me a thorough checkup and only charged for that service. I was very pleased!

Jim called me the night I first posted here and scheduled an appointment the next morning - on a Sunday no less! He showed up, did a thorough inspection of the bathroom, downstairs crawl space and even the next door neighbor's pipes because it is a 5-unit row house, so he wanted to make sure there were no other problems from another unit impacting my plumbing. He set up with a great deal of attention to keeping splatter down and not making a mess. He got the job done quickly and thoroughly. He also cleaned up afterward, what little there was, and was done in about an hour. He was very personable and made it a good experience for me all the way around. His experience and professionalism impressed me and I'll recommend him to all my friends. If I have a situation again, he will be the first, last and only person I call. Only slight negative was the price but I definitely got what I paid for. Those $99 roto-rooter guys failed miserably when they came before!
