In my experience, Anatoly always does great work, and makes you a better/more informed consumer in the process. The dishwasher was falling apart and probably at the end of its useful life, but he helped me get another 7-8 months out of it, allowing me to avoid shopping for a replacement in desperation and build up the confidence to install it myself.

He was very nice. He did an excellent job. I will definitely recommend him and absolutely use him, again.

Anatoly arrived at the time he stated he'd be here. Cordial and courteous. He turned the machine on and knew immediately what the problem could be. He took the machine apart and saw that parts were broken. He replaced that part and the machine started running but it still wouldn't do the spin cycle. At that point he advised me of the cost of the repair and told me I'd be better off getting a new one. He even gave good advice on which brands were reliable. I was extremely pleased with his service and honesty.

The guy who runs A to Z Repair Service, Inc is a great guy. He has repaired a couple of things for me and he is very knowledgeable. I can't think of any thing that he needs to improve on. He is at the mercy of when the parts show up. I wish the parts would come faster but he really doesn't have any control over that but I think what he is doing is great.  When he leaves, your stuff is great and it works. He calls as soon as he gets the parts to say that he has them and wants to come over to fix your stuff. He is a great guy and very nice.
