 + 0 moreWe hired home inspector Hans Coleman to inspect a 100+ year home that we purchased. Hans was willing to work on a Saturday, which was helpful in allowing us to be present for the entire inspection. He was very thorough and was able to do a general home inspection, radon test, and sewer scoping without using a second subcontractor. He walked through everything in his report, then provided a digital copy with photos and video the next day. Hans was also available for questions that we had when deciding which repairs we brought to the seller's attention.
