Roofing, Gutter Repair and Replacement
It took them over 2 years to "complete" the job. They will not return my calls, or emails to address warranty related issues that I brought to their attention even before the job was complete. They damaged my home and will not take responsibility for the damages. They claimed to be licensed in my city which they were not. The city reported to me that they have multiple complaints/issues with them. They had to re-do two major sections due to improper installation and materials usage. The end product looks good but i am concerned due to their non-responsiveness and long list of unanswered promises.
