 + -1 moreHe requested an advance payment for a special order toilet and after receiving the payment never came back. After repeated calls he stated he never ordered the toilet and was not going to and would eventually pay me back.
Description of Work: Performed plumbing and mechanical service for a major remodeling project at our home. He was never on time and it took repeated phone calls to get him to come back.
